| Thirteen Things things in Vera's bag through the years the size and contents of my everyday bag kept on changing. since last year, i've taken to using really small bags, pouches or purses. i prefer these small thingies now because bags aren't allowed on the floor and my bigger bags won't fit in my locker. these are the most common contents in my bag these days.... *1* lipstick/lipgloss - i always carry at least two. because it's cold in my workplace, i make it a point to have smackers to moisturize my lips. *2* comb (hair doctor) - this huge comb i have in my bag is more than 5 years old. and it actually belongs to my mom which i have claimed as my own  is there any girl out there (with shoulder length hair or longer) who doesn't carry a comb or a brush? oh, and although it's a couple of years old, it's clean because it's an untangler/hair doctor type. it has metal teeth that are far apart so your hair won't be stuck in between teeth. the handle isn't the plastic kind that's easy to break. i don't know where my mom bought it or if it's still available. if it is, i'd buy about two more. *3* pen - i feel naked without one. can't explain why. *4* touch-on perfume - it's one of my comfort stuff. *5* face powder - to avoid having too much shine on my face. right now i have loose powder in this little cute container (shake-a-shake) but i used to be a fan of compact face powder w/ it's own mirror. *6* wallet - for my money, atm cards, ID's, reward cards, receipts, some pictures, etc *7* coin purse - enough said. *8* my company ID and proxy card - i haven't actually taken to wearing it around my neck. i usually just keep it in my bag, or in one of my pockets. *9* headset - this is for my mp3 listening pleasure (thru my cellphone) *10* panty liner - it's a girl thing *11* candy - or chocolate. or gum. *12* hair accessory - what do you call 'em? the one's you tie your hair with, for a pony tail? and also the sharkies, or shook-shook as i refer to it. or a clamp as others call it. *13* receipts - from restaurants, fast food, ATM, etc. sometimes even billing statements. or even my payslip. i just bought a new bag though. it's big. i intend to fill it up. yes i do. so these 13 things will have more company Links to other Thursday Thirteens! 1.
